Advertisers... We will make every effort to assure that your ad is published correctly; however, please examine your ad(s) for typographical errors immediately after first publication. Please report any errors before Monday 5 pm to be corrected for future issues. THE PEDDLER and it’s staff will not be held responsible for any errors beyond the first week of publication or for misinterpretation of advertiser’s copy. All rights reserved. All ads, as well as changes, corrections or deletions must be received in one of our offices by Monday at 5 pm in order to appear in the following Thursday publication.

All items advertised in this publication must be made available for purchase or as advertised without regard to race, creed, color, age, sex or national origin. This paper will not knowingly publish any advertisement that does not conform to this policy. THE PEDDLER reserves the right to edit, limit, or reject any advertisement which, in the publisher’s opinion, does not conform to the established standards and objectives of this publication. Any political advertisement or commentaries published by THE PEDDLER are not necessarily the beliefs or opinions of the publisher or staff.

This website is made available to you, the user, conditioned upon your unqualified acceptance of the following terms, conditions and notices contained herein. Your use of this website constitutes your unconditional agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.
The Peddler reserves complete editorial control over the content of their publications, and reserve the right to refuse any ad or to edit any portion of an ad we find, in our sole discretion, to be questionable or not in good taste. All advertising is subject to credit approval.

By placing an ad with The Peddler, you agree to limit any claim for failure to publish an ad or for typographical errors or errors in publication to the cost of that portion of the ad wherein the errors occurred, and waive any claim for consequential, incidental, or other special damages. For errors, omissions, or failure of an ad to appear, you must notify The Peddler.
